Meet The Founder

Hi I am Lashandra Eison the founder of EZ Recovery Living, a program created to provide safe, structured, and supportive housing for individuals working toward stability and independent living.

Born and raised in the Englewood community of Chicago, Illinois, I understand first hand the challenges many people face while trying to build a better future. Through hard work, determination, and beating the odds, I went on to earn my master’s degree in business and build a successful career in leadership and operations management.

My personal journey inspired my passion for helping others create stability, structure, and opportunity in their own lives.

I created EZ Recovery Living with the belief that people need more than just housing — they need support, accountability, and a positive environment where they can grow confidently and move forward.

Recovery Housing & Independent Living Support

EZ Recovery Living provides structured housing and independent living support for individuals who are ready to rebuild, grow, and move toward long-term stability.

Recovery Housing Support

For residents in recovery, we provide a structured environment that supports sobriety, accountability, and healthy routines. Our homes are designed to encourage positive decision-making, personal responsibility, and a commitment to long-term change.

Independent Living Support

EZ Recovery Living also supports individuals who are working toward independence. This includes residents who may be rebuilding after life challenges, transitioning into stable housing, working on employment goals, or learning the life skills needed to maintain stability on their own.

Our Goal

Our goal is to help each resident build a stronger foundation for their future. Whether someone is focused on recovery, stability, or independent living, EZ Recovery Living provides the structure and support needed to move forward with dignity, confidence, and purpose. Through affordable income-based housing, we make stable living accessible while empowering residents to work toward long-term independence and success.
